Marilyn’s journey with hair started early on as she found a passion for styling hair of friends & family for special occasions as a teen. Knowing that she had a talent, she pursued a rigorous training program at Paul Mitchell the School Santa Barbara. After dressing hair in her hometown of Ventura and traveling back and forth from Los Angeles for 5 years, she decided to make the move to LA.

Marilyn trained under the talented stylists at Ramirez Tran Salon and some of the top industry leaders of Beverly Hills for 2 years. During this time she gained knowledge and techniques both in the salon and on-set, molding her into the well rounded stylist she is today. ALEJANDRA LIZET

Raised in LA, Alejandra realized at a young age that she can combine two things she is passionate about, chemistry and hair, to create stunning transformations in the people around her. Alex has added her own personal touch to these techniques, creating a more modern color trend. She specializes in color corrections, thick hair, and beauty color. Born in diverse, metropolitan Mexico City, Lorien moved to the United States with her family at six years old. From a very young age, Lorien knew she wanted to follow her dreams of being a hairstylist in Los Angeles. Not long after graduating beauty school, Lorien set her sights on California and began working at a local salon in San Diego. She quickly transitioned to Los Angeles where she accepted a position at Ken Paves Salon in Beverly Hills in the Advanced Assistant Program.

Months after earning her chair at Ken Paves Salon, she furthered her education at Alexander de Paris in Paris, France. The experience expanded her technique and knowledge about the art of hair coiffure.

Lorien continues to perfect her craft by actively seeking out education opportunities.  She believes that it is important to be proficient in many different types of techniques, for all clients are unique.

She’s done countless makeovers both on television and in magazines. She’s traveled with her clients doing events like weddings, press tours, and red carpets all around the world.

When Lorien is not behind the chair you can find her spending time with family and friends. She’s always searching for a great new restaurant and a fantastic coffee spot. She loves to travel anywhere and everywhere; road trips are her favorite.

Sonny Henty – BOMANE Co-Founder

Sonny was born in South London, England and moved to South Africa at the age of 1. At the age of 9, he returned to London where he immediately took up boxing. He left school at the age of 15 and worked laying floors on various building sites. At the age of 18 he was scouted to be a model and has remained in and out of modeling since. Boxing continued to be a huge part of his life and he went on to win three National Championships and represented England in international tournaments.

Over time, the politics of the boxing world forced him to rethink what he wanted to do. He moved to Australia and worked on farms, doing agricultural labor for a year, until he relocated to Sydney and signed up with Sydney’s Premiere modeling agency. This new chapter in modeling would take him all around the world, working with top designers, brands and photographers.

Eventually, Los Angeles is where he found his home. This is where he met his partner, Andrea Jaclyn. Drea, a long time hair stylist, was looking to open her own hair salon. The pair invested everything they had into opening BOMANE Salon. Sonny put himself through hair apprenticeship to obtain his Cosmetology license. They found the perfect, historic building in Beverly Hills and began construction on their dream salon.

RUBIE

Rubie Henty is an English Staffordshire Bull terrier. She is a full time member and founder of BOMANE. Born in Tennessee she made her way to Los Angeles to pursue her life as BOMANE's mascot and founder. Where ever you find food you will probably find Rubie.

BRIAN BORG

Laid back and effortless, beautiful and healthy hair. Brian Borg’s signature style can be attributed to his California upbringing. In the land of sun, surf, and sand he was raised in a creative family and was encouraged at a young age to explore his musical talents. Spending much of his life traveling exposed him to the world of fashion and art. This has greatly influenced his personal style and outlook on life. He needed a new outlet for creativity to inspire him into the next chapter. He realized his talent as a dexterous musician was also put to good use as a hairstylist. For many years he cut and colored his own hair, as well as fellow musicians. This realization and desire to explore his creativity led him to try his hand professionally as a hair stylist.
Upon graduation, he was quickly picked up as an assistant at one of the top salons in Beverly Hills. After many serendipitous occurrences, he excelled in his training and found his mentor Anh Co Tran. Brian has developed his signature style: Lived-in hair with elegance and edge.

MOLLY HAUGH
Master Stylist

After completing cosmetology school at age 18, Molly got her first job as an assistant at the Ken Paves salon in Beverly Hills. There she met and had the privilege of working with some amazing celebrity stylists. When Nikki Lee and Riawna Capree opened Nine Zero One salon she was asked to join the team as Nikki Lee’s personal assistant. Molly completed the apprentice program and earned herself a chair, she then worked as a stylist there for 8 years. Molly specializes in blondes, lived in sun kissed blondes, dimensional blondes and brunettes, and long layered haircuts.

Molly is certified in Great Lengths extensions and has completed advanced courses at the Vidal Sassoon academy. She’s also completed continued education color classes from Chelsea Haircutters (Peter Thomsen) and Edwards and Co. amongst others. Her friendly, humorous, and genuine spirit will make you feel confident as she creates a style to make you look and feel your best.

Even as a little girl, Tori knew she would find her creative niche in the beauty industry. She dreamed of having her own salon. That dream came true when she started her own business and opened a studio with one, tiny chair. Within a short amount of time she was able to expand and open Tori Elyse Artistry Salon in her hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona. Since opening the salon three years ago she has felt honored to be surrounded by like-minded, enthusiastic assistants and talented fellow stylists. Tori specializes in extensions, blonding and balayage and over the past five years, she has mastered her craft in Weft and I-Tip Extensions. She loves helping her clients achieve a glamorous transformation with the hair of their dreams. No matter what style the client is trying to achieve with hair extensions, Tori is able to make the clients color blend seamlessly while looking and feeling completely natural on the scalp. Tori loves knowing that her clients can count on her to give them their best possible look, and that they enjoy the entire experience. Her two (chunky) Frenchies can help with that. Tori has always dreamed of working in LA, and started working in Los Angeles part time in 2019 to build her clientele.
